Refunds & Returns

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Return Conditions:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. Please contact us within this period if you wish to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items condition:

All items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Returns Shipping & Costs:

  • We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns will be made at your own expense.
  • Please ensure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-klarmi products.
  • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
